1.) Drink 1 Cup of quality organic Green Tea
2.) Eat five servings of raw organic fruits and veggies
3.) Drink at least two 8 oz glasses of fresh organic juices: Mom’s Favorite Juice Recipes for health!
4.) Exercise to get your heart rate up, for at least 30 minutes

6.) Get outside for at least 30 minutes
7.) Take deep breaths throughout each day
8.) Work on cutting out white sugar and as many processed foods as possible
9.) Get 8 hours of sleep
10.) Do at least one selfless act
11.) Be involved in your local community
12.) Stop focusing on what you can’t do and focus on what you can do!
